These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the wz2 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet on wz2.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

wz2 is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. Account creation by minors is prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one wz2 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held within.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on wz2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and free spins offered by wz2 are subject to wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Bonus terms are displayed at the point of offer acceptance.
Fair Play Required
The use of automated bots, arbitrage strategies intended to exploit promotions, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
Right to Amend
wz2 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the wz2 platform at wz2.club, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the account holder or visitor) and wz2.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the wz2 platform immediately and must not create an account or place any bets or wagers. Continued use of wz2 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Important: These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through wz2.club, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), video slots, crash games, and the Finance / Wallet section. All sections of the platform are governed by the same Terms unless a specific product addendum is explicitly stated at the point of use.
wz2 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel transactions at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes a user has breached these Terms, provided false information during registration, or attempted to exploit the platform in any way that causes harm to wz2 or other users.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of wz2 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. wz2 operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18+. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of wz2 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
- You are not on any self-exclusion register or subject to a gambling block that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
Age Verification: wz2 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to first withdrawal, or following any internal compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by wz2 will result in account suspension until verification is complete.
If wz2 discovers at any point that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically possible. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. wz2 will also consider reporting the matter to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of wz2 services, you must create a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one active wz2 account. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment details, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Upon discovery, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. wz2 may, at its discretion, return any net genuine deposits to the primary payment method used.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number, and any other information requested during registration. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. wz2 uses the information provided to verify your identity, process payments, and deliver customer support.
3.3 Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wz2 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Notify wz2 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
wz2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
wz2 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible operator standards. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any time wz2 deems necessary for compliance purposes. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending satisfactory KYC completion.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on wz2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). wz2 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside wz2's control.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods
wz2 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)
- Bank Transfer: Selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (subject to availability)
The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time. The Finance / Wallet section of your wz2 account will always reflect the currently available options.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your wz2 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. wz2 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account sending funds does not match the account holder's name — are not permitted and may be returned or result in account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. wz2 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts transacting via bKash or Nagad during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawal Policy: Players must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. wz2 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an internal review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
4.4 Currency and Conversion
wz2 operates exclusively in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied by wz2. All game results, bet settlements, and balance displays are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. If your payment provider applies a conversion rate for any reason, that is a matter between you and your provider and does not affect wz2's obligations to you.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
wz2 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each specific bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page and in the bonus notification sent to your account. You must complete the required turnover using your own deposited funds and/or bonus funds, depending on the promotion type. wz2 will not apply retroactive wagering requirements to bonuses already accepted.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
To be eligible for a welcome bonus or deposit match offer, you must:
- Be a new registrant (for first-deposit offers) or an existing verified account holder (for reload offers).
- Make a qualifying deposit of the minimum amount specified in the promotion details.
- Opt in to the promotion before or at the point of making the qualifying deposit, as instructed on the promotion page.
- Not have previously claimed the same promotional offer from another wz2 account (single-account policy applies).
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and free spin winnings carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion. Any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. wz2 will not restore expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions
wz2 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players is abusing the promotional system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and sharing bonus codes with ineligible recipients. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at wz2's sole discretion and are final.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on wz2 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
wz2 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. This includes limiting the maximum stake on individual markets, restricting certain bet types during live events, or declining bets placed after an event has concluded but before the result has been officially confirmed on the platform. All bets are subject to final confirmation by wz2's systems; a bet is not settled until confirmed as accepted in your account transaction history.
6.2 Settlement of Sports Bets
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In cricket, this includes the result after any super overs or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments where applicable. wz2 will use the most widely recognised official source for settlement purposes. In the event of a dispute over a result, wz2's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — is final.
6.3 Casino Game Integrity
All casino games available on wz2 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. wz2 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. 6.4 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sports market — including server errors, disconnections, or display issues — wz2 will attempt to resolve the issue by reference to server-side logs, which are the authoritative record of all game activity. Where a malfunction voids a game round, the stake for that round will be returned to your account. wz2 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by factors outside its direct control.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wz2 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Use of automated tools: Operating bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner that simulates human activity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in card games, or deliberately influence the result of any sporting event on which bets have been placed.
- Money laundering: Using wz2 to process, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of any criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Fraudulent payment methods: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a wz2 account. All chargebacks initiated without prior contact with wz2 support may result in permanent account closure.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings. Winnings derived from known errors are not payable and will be reversed.
- Identity misrepresentation: Creating an account in another person's name, using forged identity documents, or misrepresenting any personal information during the registration or KYC process.
Fraud and Legal Action: wz2 actively monitors all account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct. Where evidence of criminal activity is identified, wz2 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies against offending parties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
wz2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected. The following circumstances may result in account action:
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Evidence of duplicate account creation or identity fraud.
- Confirmed or suspected money laundering, fraud, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Breach of the single-account policy or bonus abuse as described in Section 5.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a third party acting with authority on their behalf.
- Compliance with a legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your wz2 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and completed KYC verification. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are handled with priority — see Section 9.
8.2 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. wz2 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳150 per month to dormant accounts once the dormancy period has been reached, deducted from the account's remaining real-money balance. wz2 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via their registered contact details before inactivity fees begin to apply. When the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.
9. Responsible Gaming
wz2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible via the account dashboard at any time.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
- Session Time Limits: Receive an on-screen notification when your active session reaches a pre-set duration, helping you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
- Time-Out: Take a structured break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is inaccessible for gaming and deposits.
- Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Contact [email protected] to activate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without judgment.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wz2 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the wz2 platform.
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared credentials or failed to follow reasonable security practices.
- Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or market information where a genuine pricing error has been corrected in accordance with Section 6.
- Losses arising from changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect your ability to use the wz2 platform in your jurisdiction.
Aggregate Liability Cap: Where wz2 is found to be liable to you under these Terms, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals) made by you to wz2 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
11. Amendments & Governing Law
11.1 Amendments
wz2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, wz2 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via in-platform notification or email to the registered address. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the wz2 platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
11.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules displayed at the point of play, constitute the entire agreement between you and wz2 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
11.4 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of law applicable to online commercial services operating in the context of the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through wz2's internal complaints process (available via [email protected]) shall be referred to binding arbitration, with proceedings conducted in English. wz2 will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints amicably and within a reasonable timeframe before any formal process is initiated.
